Breaking News: Internet Down on Ortigas & Greenhills Area

I received reports that internet access of PLDT DSL subscribers in a large portion of Ortigas and Greenhills area is down since this morning. Apart from internet access, it has also been reported that landline phones are also affected by this outage.

The culprit: Stolen Cables.

I wonder how long it will take for PLDT DSL to resume their services in that area? Will PLDT DSL provide its subscribers some sort of a rebate due to their loss of service?
