ICHTHUX: Linux for Christians

For the devout geek, I discovered a Linux distro that may fit his lifestyle. Introducing ICHTHUX, Linux for Christians.
Home
The addition of a Bible application, bible study programs and other Judeo-Christian-based applications makes this Ubuntu "Dapper Drake"-based Linux distribution a "Christian-distro".

Here's a quick rundown of what makes ICHTHUX "different" from non-Christian Linux:

  • based on Kubuntu 6.06.1 LTS "Dapper Drake"
  • bibletime with multi-language support, using Frank Ruehl's rich Hebrew font
  • kio-sword for Bible study integration into Konqueror
  • several Bibles installed by default for English (KJV), Spanish (SPARV), French (LSG) and Hebrew (WLC)
  • Christian console tools: verse, bible-kjv
  • a Christian emoticons theme by default in Kopete
  • kdict with the Easton and Hitchcock Bible dictionaries
  • culmus Hebrew fonts
  • improved default settings for a better Christian experience of the computer desktop
I wonder when will there be a Linux distro for the "Secular Humanists", the Moslems, the Buddhists and adherents of other major world religions?
