Treo 680 (Lowrider) is on October 12?

Engadget reports that the Treo 680 will be announced tomorrow (October 12). IF this is true, a lot of fanatic Palm users will start to foam in the mouth and I predict a flurry of pre-owned Treo 650's for sale.


Will I be among those who will get in line to get one? Knowing Palm's track record on these kinds of things, I'll probably sit this one out until all the kinks in its OS has been ironed out. Besides, my current Treo 650 still has at least 18 months of service with me.
