CD-r King iPhone?
Nah! It's just an "MP4" player from CD-r King that happened to share a form factor with the iPod Touch (if you are drunk and near sighted). At Php 2,380 (a little over $50) you'll get these "exciting" features:

A couple of days before I Jailbreak-ed my iPod Touch, I discovered a nifty application called Telekinesis (a.k.a. iPhone Remote).
Using Telekinesis is pretty straightforward. On the initial run of Telekinesis, it will ask for a user ID and password and it will also provide the user with the URL where the iPhone's Mobile Safari should surf to so it can control the computer.
I was amazed at the amount of control it provides my iPod Touch. Using Telekinesis, I was able take a snapshot of whatever my MacBook's camera is "seeing". I can also take a peek at my MacBook's screen and open/close applications as needed.
Here's a tip for people who want to try out Telekinesis: Go to the "Sharing" preference pane and open up port 5010. If this port is blocked, the iPhone or iPod Touch won't be able to control the Mac. Another tip is to make sure that your URL starts with "https://" not just "http".

Yesterday, I said that I had successfully Jailbreak-ed my iPod Touch. I was enjoying my Touch with its 3rd party applications. I had fun installing and uninstalling 3rd party apps but there was one thing missing, Mobile Mail. I want to be able to access my emails on-the-go but something seems to be wrong with the steps I followed so I decided to re-do the Jailbreak and attempt to install Mobile Mail properly this time.
Here's what I did to achieve this. I'm not sure if I'll be successful but I just want to document the steps that I'm taking for posterity's sake.

This guide was originally written by Michael Douchebag at www.iphonealley.com, I only modified it a tiny bit to meet the iPod Touch's small differences.Jailbreak Guide - Touchdev
This guide is really only for (Intel only) Mac users, unless you can get a mac user to do most of this guide for you. PPC Mac users will just have to wait for the newer iPhuc to be released
This guide assumes you have already updated to version 1.1.1.

One of the members of the iPhone "Rebel Alliance", Erica Sadun reports in TUAW that her fellow rebels at iPhone Dev has found a way to JailBreak the new iPhone firmware (version 1.1.1). She further reports that the procedure is not yet ready to be released to the general populace but I am personally confident that it will be by the next few days.
With this development, I am personally anxious to see if it will also work with the iPod Touch considering that the iPhone and the iPod Touch shares the same firmware version (1.1.1).

In a few week's time, the iPod Touch will be available locally. At roughly the same time, the Asus Eee PC will also be released in the market.
or
I'd love to have either of these gadgets but now I'm in a conundrum... will I get the iPod Touch or opt for the Eee? The iPod Touch will cost around 26K and the Eee is rumored to cost at around the same ballpark figure.
One of the things that is preventing me from entirely abandoning the Eee PC over the iPod Touch is useability. I want to run applications and so far, all attempts to "jailbreak" the iPod Touch proves to be in vain.
BREAKING NEWS: My good friend, the doodler of Mac-a-Doodle just called me and offered me an iPhone at a price I simply can't refuse. So there, its settled, I'm getting an iPhone!!!!!!!
