Gadget Bargains! (sighted yesterday: Nov. 4, 2005)

I walked around Park Square 1 in Makati yesterday after PhilMUG's regular montly meet and I found the following Gadget/Gadget-related bargains:

Sony PSP is now available at the Sony Store at Park Square 1. Although the list price of the PSP is pegged at Php 18,999.00 (okay, its technically 19 Thousand Pesos), they have an ongoing promo where buyers will be given a Php 3,000.00 redeemable as games. So the PSP unit itself will end up costing around Php 16K and the clincher is that it will carry a local warranty.

The Php 99.00 Sale at Mobile One is still on-going. There are a lot of Palm-related accessories available for Php 99.00. I saw a lot of Tungsten|T stylii available at that price and it is a bargain since the same stylii is compatible with the newer Palm LifeDrive.

No-name laptop prices seems to be dropping. However, caveat emptor since these are not backed by the big names in computer manufacturing (such as HP, IBM, etc.)
