Moonbeam = Two Scooters + Tons of Elbow Grease

This "microcar" was created using two donated mopeds (scooters in the vernacular), $2,000 and a lot of dedication and hard work.


Its hard to believe that this little car can go around at 200 miles per gallon of gasoline and what's harder to believe is that this is actually a home-made car!
