Scamtastic SMS Strikes Back!

My wife's officemate just received this text message today:

From: +639273093755
Message: congrats. Ur sim number won cash prize fr PCMC thru CPU electronics draw per DTI permit no.3647. Txt me ur name and addressnow, then call me up. Art Mendoza.

I hope my friends from NTC are still monitoring this blog since that message is clearly a scam waiting to happen. I pity the people who will fall victim to this new round of ScaSMS (SMS Scam).
