New MacBook Pro: Seatbelts Sold Separately

Apple did it again! They quietly upgraded the specs of their flagship notebook the MacBook Pro. Now the MacBook Pro has a Core 2 Duo Processor that promises a faster, zippier system!
The new MacBook Pro. Seatbelts sold separately.
At $1,999 (around Php 100,000) this is by no means a laptop for "everyone" but for the professional (people who do video editing, photo editing and sound engineering for a living), this is a worthy upgrade if they are still using the G4-powered PowerBooks.

Now, I wonder when they will update the current MacBooks to Core 2 Duo processors so that the "non-professionals" like me can start tasting the yummy power of the Intel Core processors?
