Diet Television: Exercise the Web 2.0 Way
Stumbled upon this website this morning. The site essentially allows desk jockeys like me to pick and choose the exercise routine that I'm willing to make in order to reach my target body weight. The site has a slick slider-type of choosing options that is acceptable to me, giving me the option to choose the type of activities I'm willing to do in order to lose the amount of flab weight needed to make me healthy.
