13. Country Style - Rufino, Makati (spillover from somewhere; just tried it once not sure if it's open always)
14. Starbucks - Valero, Makati (from time to time also but their server is currently down i think)

16. Rustan's Department store in Alabang Town Center...(Mobile One Wifi is open)
17. CCW (Coffee, Cakes Waffles) Guijo coner Sacred Heart Street, Makati (near Makati YMCA)
