Hardware Easter Egg on Apple's Mighty Mouse?

Ars Technica reportedly seeing some sort of a hardware easter egg on the Apple Mighty Mouse. To see the said Easter Egg, lift the mighty mouse and see the pattern being projected by its LED emitter.
